我买的一期11号楼，是顶层复式的。面积130点几，不到131，对方报价131万。第一天去看的，位置很满意，离父母近，但不知道冬天暖气和夏天垃圾气味的情况。结果第二天我犹豫的时候，人家都准备和别人签约了（信息挂出来 ...
